Processing & Delivery
Orders are usually processed within a few working days. You’ll receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on location and order volume.

Returns & Cancellations
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or cancellation. To start a return, please contact us at hello@elementalavalon.com
Items must be returned unused and in their original condition.
Custom or commissioned pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

Refunds
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 working days for the funds to appear.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 14 days of receipt, including photos, so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
